Our adult circuit training classes are designed to help build strength, flexibility and fitness.
Each week we will put a focus on a particular part of the body or skill set. Using gymnastics skills we work will work with you on progressing your fitness journey.
As well as hard work, our classes will also be good fun and a great way to meet new people.
