You can then collect the membership card from our front desk, on your first visit.

Terms & Conditions
- The membership belongs to one named child. A membership must be bought per child.
- Adults must still pay £2 for entry. There is an adult membership that can be bought for £20
- Play sessions must be booked in advance. To book with a membership, please call up on 01451 263130.
- To gain entry, a valid membership email must be given.
- Your membership fee will be deducted on the day you sign up for membership.
- Your membership is set for 6 months. We are not able to give a refund on this, should you choose to stop using your membership.
- In order to receive the discount at the café, a valid membership card must be shown.
- All normal Cotswold Clubhouse “rules of play” apply to members. Members must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- We still reserve the right to not allow or delay entry, where the facility is full to capacity.
